As a caregiver, you can expect :

  • Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit.
  • A $700 referral bonus when you bring new caregivers to our team.
  • Accrued sick leave and comprehensive paid training.
  • Paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate.

  • Mileage reimbursement for client visits and travel between assignments.

    • Your role as a caregiver will involve :

  • Building strong relationships through companionship and compassionate support.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Providing personal care assistance, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence management.

    • Requirements for applicants :

  • Must provide three professional references.
  • Willingness to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care.
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
