Job Description :  Installation Manager

Reports To : General Manager

Assignment Focus : We have an immediate opening for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team. The Installation Manager will focus on recruiting and managing installers of all types of flooring and wall tile for new construction projects, large home builders, as well as multi-family relay projects. A successful Installation Manager will have a strong sense of urgency and the desire to creatively resolve problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruits and oversees installation crews
  • Coordinates new installations, punch work, and warranty service
  • Visits job sites to ensure quality installations
  • Ensures installations are completed on time
  • Works to identify solutions to installation related issues

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • A general knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods is beneficial
  • Ability to read construction plans
  • Must be able to multi-task in a hectic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Must work well with limited direction using independent judgement
