Full-Time outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity near Salem, Oregon
Join an established, growing outpatient practice serving patients of all ages just outside of Salem, Oregon. This role offers a balanced schedule, a strong referral base, and a collaborative team that supports your clinical interests and fosters your long-term growth.

- Starting Salary : $250,000 plus RVUs, $15,000 sign-on bonus, and $10,000 relocation.
- 100% Outpatient Practice : Focus on patient care with no inpatient or OB responsibilities

- Predictable Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with one dedicated admin day per week
- Low Call Commitment : 1 : 7 call schedule with no weekends or ER coverage required
