As a Mental Health Clinician with our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) Program, you'll be at the heart of transformative care. You'll work closely with youth and families, offering therapeutic support, care coordination, and advocacy, all while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The pay range for this position is $68,000- 75,000 / annually DOE.Requirements :
What You'll Do :
Maintaining a manageable caseload of 10-12 youth and familiesConducting intake assessments and developing tailored treatment plansProviding individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case managementCollaborating with WISe Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, Youth Partners, and community resourcesParticipating in crisis response rotationsAdvocating for clients in school, home, and community settingsEnsuring accurate and timely documentationOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring :
Master's degree in a social service field (3 - 4 years of experience may substitute)One year of experience working with at-risk youth and familiesWA State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or equivalent credential (e.g., LICSWA, LMHCA)Strong knowledge of adolescent development and trauma-informed careExperience with diverse populations and cultural humility in practiceEffective communication and collaboration skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallyFlexibility for occasional evening and weekend shiftsWhat We Offer :
