The Systems Administrator is a hands-on technical role responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise applications and endpoint management systems. This position ensures the security, reliability, and performance of the firm's core systems and user computing environments.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to a customer-first culture by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and timely support to customers.

  2. Administer, support, and maintain enterprise legal and productivity applications including document management and time entry systems.

  3. Manage the full lifecycle of over 300 applications, including configuration, deployment, updates, and user support.

  4. Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.

  5. Configure and maintain Windows OS deployments and automated software distribution.

  6. Build and maintain Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies for centralized device management.

  7. Implement and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.

  8. Partner with application owners and vendors to evaluate new solutions and coordinate upgrades or decommissioning.

  9. Participate in technical planning for system upgrades and migration to cloud-based solutions.

  10. Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for system architecture and operational procedures.

  11. Provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents related to enterprise systems and endpoints.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience administering enterprise applications and desktop environments.

  • Experience with iManage administration required.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM in large-scale environments.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory architecture and operations.

  • Experience with Entra ID and integrating cloud-based directory systems.

  • Familiarity with Intune configuration profiles for device policy management.

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications common in legal or professional services.

  • Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance enforcement.

  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
Work Environment:

  • This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.

  • This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

  • Availability outside of regular business hours may be required to support operational needs.
