Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and technical direction for PaaS features and services
Drive the development of complex software, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a lead or principal role
Deep expertise in designing and scaling complex distributed systems
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and familiarity with modern web frameworks
Extensive experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
