Concrete Foreman – Crew Lead

Location : Portland, OR

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage field crews on a variety of concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete work, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews
• Manage workflow to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Oversee concrete placement, finishing, formwork, rebar installation, and site prep
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Track labor, materials, and equipment usage
• Help problem-solve onsite challenges and adjust plans as needed
