Assistant Visual Manager

Position Summary

Assistant Visual Manager – responsible for maintaining visual brand standards, staging displays, conducting store transfers, and working with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory. A developmental role to grow merchandising skills with the Arhaus brand.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain showroom visuals to reflect the Arhaus brand.

Execute weekly store transfers and coordinate with management to keep inventory levels satisfactory.

Assist in staging and merchandising of new arrivals and seasonal displays.

Collaborate with other team members and leadership on visual presentation projects.

Support the implementation of visual standards across multiple locations (if applicable).

Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.

Intermediate computer literacy.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Willingness to work extended hours as required.

Physical ability to move furniture and use building tools / equipment.

Comfortable using a ladder.

College degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set / stage design.

Compensation

Hourly / Non‑Exempt.

Eligibility for quarterly bonus (if achieved).
