Long Term Acute Care Nurse (LTAC RN)

We are seeking Long Term Acute Care Nurses (LTAC RN) to join our team! This person will provide specialized care for critical patients as well as focus on patient treatment and recovery.

Shift: 7a/7p 12 Hrs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in performing special procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care
• Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, collecting and analyzing data to enhance patient care and outcomes in the LTAC setting.
• Monitor and safeguard patient quality of care
• Ensure complete and accurate patient records

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intensive care or related units with 1yr exp in trauma level 1 or 2 facility ACLS/ BLS required
• Proficiency in medical software, cardiac monitoring systems, and patient care technology.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a high-acuity environment.

Schedule Requirements:

• Per Diem, flexible schedule
• Must be available for at least 1 shift per week, with weekend availability preferred
