Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and modifications to ensure they have the best coverage options.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure client needs are met.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to enhance client satisfaction.

Active property and casualty insurance license required.

Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an insurance or financial organization.

Education: A high school diploma is required, with further education in a related field being advantageous.
