divh2Senior Security Guard Program Manager / h2pOcean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Security Guard Program Manager with experience in executing large-scale Protective Security Officer contracts in Los Angeles, CA. / ppPosition Responsibilities : / pulliActs as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. / liliDirects efforts of cross-competency team(s) to include contractors at multiple locations. / liliServes as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program / project issues. / liliRegularly briefs senior leadership on program status and milestones. / liliOversees contractor personnel program / project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. / liliManages acquisition and employment of program / project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program / project with respect to contract requirements. / li / ulpPosition Requirements : / pulliMA / MS degree in a business or technical discipline. / liliAt least ten (10) years relevant Program Management experience executing Protective Security Officer contracts / liliDirect experience supporting contracts with DHS Federal Protective Service desired / liliDemonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management. / li / ulpSecurity Requirements : / pulliMust be a US Citizen / liliTop Secret Clearance / liliBackground check / liliApplicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. / liliSuccessful Pass of Company Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check / li / ulpPosition is located in Tulsa, OK.
