Key Responsibilities:

• Establish trust through in-home consultations with clients
• Conduct thorough inspections from attics to crawlspaces
• Provide personalized solutions based on your training and tools
• Confidently close sales using an iPad sales system
• Expand your business with company-provided leads and your initiative
• Safely operate a company vehicle
• Work in diverse environments including rooftops, crawlspaces, and attics
• Prioritize safety in equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Adapt to work in various weather conditions

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-year earning potential: $70,000-$95,000 (base + commission)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work independently and physically in the field
• Willingness to obtain necessary state licenses (training provided at no cost)
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated attitude

Work Environment:

Candidates must be capable of meeting physical job requirements to perform tasks safely:

• Safely use a ladder within its weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawlspaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing as needed
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Be willing to work in varying weather conditions
