Locum Tenens Gastroenterologist Opportunity Near Goshen, UT

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens position near Goshen, UT. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician looking to provide critical care and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

    • 24-hour call coverage at 2 sites

    Responsibilities

  • Duties :

    • EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy)

  • EVS (Endoscopic Variceal Sclerotherapy)
  • Trauma Level :

    • III

  • EMR System :

    • EPIC

  • Support Staff :

    • Medical Assistant (MA)

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Echo Tech
  • Lab Tech
  • Nuclear Tech
  • X-ray Tech
  • Reason for Coverage :

    • Provider resigning

    EMR Training

  • EMR Required Training :

    • Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training

  • EMR Virtual Training & Onsite Training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual and Onsite EMR training will be scheduled the morning of the provider's first day.

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified in Gastroenterology :

    • Required

  • Active UT License :

    • Highly Preferred

  • Active BLS :

    • Required for credentialing

  • Gastroenterology Fellowship :

    • Required

  • Active DEA :

    • Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
