How You'll Help Us Connect the World :

As a Field Application Engineer , you will support and drive growth for our ANDREW®  Fiber-to-the-Antenna and RF Connectivity portfolio. You will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing to expand our solutions, support customer deployments, resolve field issues, and guide new product development. A core focus will be on system architecture and product integration across ANDREW business units to meet customer and market expectations. This role is remote within the U.S. and requires up to 50% travel .

How You'll Help Us Connect the World :

• Providing innovative ideas, customer insights, and technical research to support new product development from concept through launch.
• Supporting the introduction of new products by gathering customer requirements, developing specifications, and partnering with Product Management to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Delivering field technical support, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance.
• Providing product and application training for customers and internal teams.
• Offering pre-sales technical support for complex applications, including adapting solutions to meet customer network configurations.
• Serving as the technical subject matter expert for the HELIAX® portfolio and supporting field issues to ensure a successful customer experience.
• Supporting Sales teams with proposals, customer meetings, and strategy development.
• Generating and supporting new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
