Entry Level Manufacturing Associate

Position : Entry Level Manufacturing Associate Employment Type : Full-Time Pay Rate : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while contributing to daily production operations. Training will be provided, but prior exposure to manufacturing processes is a plus.

Assist with daily manufacturing tasks and operations.

  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
  • Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Assemble products and components according to specifications.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
