Project Engineer

Position Overview

The Project Engineer will oversee land development projects from conception through completion, ensuring all facets of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of civil engineering principles within land development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of large-scale residential land development (grading, erosion control) projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design and drafting purposes.
• Review progress sets and deliverables for accuracy and conformance to engineering design standards..
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee the permitting process and conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding civil engineering projects.
