Technical Sales Opportunity | Connecticut
We're partnering with a highly respected, "wow"culture organization that's expanding its sales team in Connecticut. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and selling technical solutions into a sophisticated customer base.
The Role
- Cover Connecticut Territory
- Sell a well-established technical product line
- Meet directly with clients and lead presentations
- Learn the product line deeply over time with strong internal support
- Work closely with an experienced Sales Manager and collaborative team
The Right Background
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred
- Experience selling a technical product (HVAC, construction, medical, industrial, etc.)
- Comfortable saying "I'll find out" and following through
- Naturally enjoys getting in front of customers
- Smart, curious, and relationship-driven

5 + years of sales would be preferred. Likely territory will be Southern Connecticut = Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and New London County. This person will be splitting the CT territory with Chandler - he is handling the rest of CT. Will be selling their Controls product line. Must have done technical sales, construction, HVAC, medical - anything where you are selling a technical product line. Want someone who can jump right into to meeting clients, doing client presentations, and learning their product line over time. Okay to say - I don't know - I will find out. Needs to be someone who likes/wants to get in front of clients. Smart! Will work under Ryan our new Sales Manager. Lovely and wonderful team of people. Culture is bar none the best. ESOP organization. Compensation range for a more Junior person is $110k-$115k more senior up to!32k with a sign on bonus spread out over a few months to get them to $150k. Position must cover salary before getting commission. Would ideally like someone hired by end of January - but can wait until end of first quarter. Not calling another firm!
