About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial / Commercial Engineer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in a leading maritime and shipyard solutions organization. This unique position combines engineering expertise with executive-level administratyive support , offering exposure to commercial operations, project management, and administrative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO's right-hand, providing strategic and operational support across multiple business functions.
- Assist in planning and execution of engineering projects related to shipyard and maritime systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives , ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage administrative tasks , including scheduling, documentation, and executive communications.
- Support commercial activities , including client proposals, cost analysis, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all engineering and operational activities.
