Job Title

Accounts Payable Processor

Description

The Accounts Payable Processor is a key member of the Corporate Accounts Payable Dept., responsible for ensuring invoices are entered, processed, and coded correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices in JD Edwards World and / or Enterprise One AP Systems for payment, including indexing copy of invoice and backup documentation into Feith Imaging System.
  • Put together new vendor packet for submittals; vendor maintenance as needed.
  • Monitor Vendor Statements and subsequent follow-up with communities and / or Divisions for nonpayment.
  • All other duties as assigned.
