We’re working with a growing organization in the Kansas City market that’s adding a

Finance Manager

to support strategic planning and business decision making across the organization. This is a highly visible role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving insight through data, and helping shape the financial direction of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing as Finance Partner

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial modeling to support business planning

Act as a finance partner to business unit leaders, providing insights on performance, risks, and opportunities

Deliver data driven analysis, scenario modeling, and financial insights to guide strategic initiatives

Improve FP&A processes and leverage technology to enhance reporting and decision support

Collaborate cross functionally to align financial goals with company strategy and growth plans

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred)

At least 8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles

Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles

Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear insights

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with non finance teams and leadership

Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment

Details

Compensation : 120,000–$130,000
