Job Summary :

The Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering within the hotel or resort. This role ensures high-quality service, maintains budgetary goals, and leads a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service

Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team

Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet budgeted financial targets

Train, schedule, and supervise F&B staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to standards

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries to maintain quality and consistency

Analyze sales and revenue reports and adjust operations to meet performance goals

Coordinate special events, group functions, and holiday services with other departments

Uphold brand standards and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications :

Experience in F&B management experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Strong knowledge of food safety and liquor regulations

Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, MICROS) and inventory software

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
