As a Store Manager in our locally-owned Hallmark Gold Crown store, youll help create the magic in our customers lives by partnering with a brand known around the world for helping customers make meaningful connections.

The Store Manager will lead the team to deliver on sales, customer service, and personnel goals, while upholding store standards using the many tools and resources available. Your primary objectives will be to provide exemplary customer service, to effectively manage store operations, and to exceed the stores sales plan.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Managers duties include, but are not limited to :

Create a caring atmosphere for store associates and customers

Attract and retain talent by cultivating a positive work environment focused on excellence and enthusiasm

Oversee all aspects of store operations including, but not limited to : timeline management, event planning, shipment processing and merchandising, promotion management, cash handling, payroll budgeting, seamless orders, and administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications :

All prospective candidates must meet the education / experience and physical demands requirements.

All the training you need to be successful will be provided. Past retail experience is desired and experience leading or managing others at work is preferred. If you have less experience but are a highly-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Ability to continuously stand / walk; frequently push / pull; often bend / stoop / crawl / reach above shoulders; climb a ladder; carry up to 40 pounds (e.g. cartons and fixture parts)

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Salary Range : From $16.00 / hour; Overtime pay is pre-approved for peak periods

Expected Hours : 38-40 per week; 40-42 per week during peak periods
