We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Architect with strong expertise in Java architecture multithreading and high-performance system design . The ideal candidate must have an Engineering background with a relevant degree and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite model as needed.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for complex Java-based applications.
• Drive high-level technical decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Expert in Java multithreading concurrency and performance optimization.
• Design scalable secure and maintainable solutions for large distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews architectural assessments and technology evaluations.
• Build reusable frameworks libraries and architectural components.
• Ensure best practices in design patterns microservices and cloud integration.
• Optimize system performance reliability and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues related to architecture and performance.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure application security compliance and data integrity.
• Strong experience with Spring RESTful services and messaging systems.
• Must be local and available for a hybrid work schedule as required.
