Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Database Administrator.

We need someone to assist in optimizing Snowflake environments, ensuring data governance, and supporting cross-functional data initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Optimize complex SQL queries and Snowflake compute resources
  • Implement best practices for modeling, partitioning, and clustering
  • Manage access controls, data masking, and governance compliance
  • Audit and monitor data access and usage patterns
  • Maintain data hygiene, schema organization, and metadata management
  • Support data pipelines and integrations
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts
  • Mentor junior DBAs and contribute to platform improvements

Essentials :

  • Strong Snowflake DBA experience
  • Expertise in SQL and performance tuning
  • Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and compute layers
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with ETL / ELT tools and data integration workflows
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

    • Desired :

  • SnowPro Certification
  • Experience with automation tools (dbt, Terraform)
  • AWS integration experience
  • Python or shell scripting
