Position : Document Controller
Shift : M-F 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay : $14 / hr
Location : Goldsboro, NC
Job Summary
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents in both electronic and physical formats. This role ensures that documentation is accurate, up to date, properly stored, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and organize documents into designated electronic filing systems
- Update and maintain documents in company databases and computer systems
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and proper naming conventions
- Track and manage document revisions and approvals as required
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Assist departments with document retrieval and distribution
- Support audits and compliance requirements by providing accurate documentation
- Maintain an organized and efficient document control system
