Role :

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own the Southwest region and lead growth initiatives across Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. You'll work with manufacturer representatives, distribution partners, and strategic accounts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for electronics and high-performance materials.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with Qnity's business objectives.
• Lead and motivate manufacturer reps and distribution partners to achieve revenue goals.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and engineering teams to drive design wins.
• Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure profitability across the territory.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
• Represent Qnity at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and deliver reliable forecasts.
