We are a proud recipient of the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer three-year accreditation with commendation, the highest level of approval.Practice Overview : Call Schedule : 1 : 5 Average Number of Patients per Day : 15-20 Medical Oncology Exam Rooms : 12 Radiation Oncology Exam Rooms : 6 Support Provided : Hospital : Nursing, billing, and insurance administration Oncology Associates : Credentialing, accounting, F&M review, and HR servicesQualifications : Board-certified or Board-eligible in Medical Oncology Previous experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply Excellent communication and patient care skillsCompensation & Benefits : Contract Length : 2-3 years with partnership option at the end of the term Salary : Potential of $400k+ annually, plus dividends Productivity Raise : At the end of Year 1 Paid Malpractice Health Insurance Vacation : 4 weeks annually CME : $1,250 annually 401k Relocation Assistance Provided
