Develop and execute product strategies to achieve business objectives. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to create effective go-to-market plans. Work with complex electrical engineering concepts. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to ensure product success. Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders. A successful Product Manager should have : a strong understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry. Background in electrical engineering, power conversion, connectors a huge plus. Electrical Engineer degree desired, if not, other relevant engineering degree. 3-5+ years of product manager experience, 5-10+ total years of experience. Background with electrical, electromechanical, battery, power conversion, connectors or other relevant field. Proven experience in product lifecycle management and strategy development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of marketing and agency collaboration processes. A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
