Structured Finance Associate (New York)

We are working with two leading New York law firms to recruit associates with 3+ years of substantive experience in securitization and structured finance , as well as strong transactional associates with a clear interest in transitioning into the Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) space, to join top-tier Global Finance practices .

These market-leading teams sit at the forefront of the US structured credit and CLO market , advising on the full lifecycle of transactions, including new issuances, refinancings, resets and ongoing structural and regulatory matters. The practices represent a blue-chip global client base , including many of the worlds largest asset managers, alternative investment platforms and equity sponsors, as well as some of the most active CLO underwriters and arranging investment and commercial banks .
