Key Responsibilities
Coaches and evaluates sales agents, ensuring effective sales office operations
Recruits and interviews potential sales agents, tracking high-potential candidates
Collaborates with sales agents and management to create strategic marketing plans and sales forecasts
Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years' experience in the homebuilding industry
Real estate license required
College degree preferred
Experience in a similar role strongly preferred
Knowledge of new home sales, escrow, and lending
