Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment CNA / STNA certification desired, but not needed Experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients Willing to take drug test and background check Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insurance
