Facility near Seattle, WA seeking Cardiology NP locums coverage Rates: $140/hr Opportunity Highlights

Setting & Schedule: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM) in an Outpatient Clinic setting. No call, no weekends, no inpatient rounding, and no procedural responsibilities.
Workload: Manage approximately 16 patient visits per day, primarily focused on follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient cardiology visits.
Required Skills: Must be proficient in interpreting cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for the management of complex patients. Must have strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
EMR & Support: Utilize EPIC (required experience). Work within a collaborative team-based care model with full MA, RN, and front office staff.

Key Responsibilities

Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology check-ups, and acute outpatient cardiology visits.
Provide inbox coverage/management for absent providers.
Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for patient management.
Work independently within the established team model.

Requirements

Credential: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Experience: Required to have Cardiology Outpatient Experience (dealbreaker).
EMR Proficiency: Required to have EPIC experience (dealbreaker).
Licensure: Active Washington (WA) State License is REQUIRED.
Certifications: Active DEA and NPI are REQUIRED.
Background: Clean Malpractice History is highly preferred.
Assignment Duration: Seeking a commitment of 6 9 months.
