Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of solutions for new customers

Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and define progress throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects

Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor implementations accordingly

Experience with change management processes

Technical proficiency with complex products and systems

Ability to use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
