St. Francis Medical Center, a 354-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Physician to join our multi-specialty medical group in Lynwood, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide advanced ICU care in one of Los Angeles Countys busiest trauma and emergency centers.

Position Highlights

• Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group

• Schedule: 7 ON / 7 OFF shifts

• Clinical Focus: Comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients

• Procedures: Intubations, central line and arterial line placements, ventilator management

• Teamwork: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, and nurses

• Responsibilities: ICU rounds, admissions, consultations, and high-quality patient care
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Starting at $375,000/year (negotiable, based on experience)

• Production bonus

• 1099 Independent Contractor model

• Health insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider
