Operations Manager

We are looking for an Office & Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our California headquarters. This is a high-impact role designed for a "solutions-first" professional who can manage both the physical workspace and the logistical complexities of an operations-driven startup. In addition to managing the office, you will also work with our field-based Partnership Development Associates (PDAs) to ensure they have the infrastructure and data needed to successfully deploy chairs across the country.
