A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead multi-domain programs and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define program vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes aligned to corporate priorities

Lead enterprise-scale initiatives, including Oracle ERP Fusion implementations, ensuring planning, delivery, governance, and adoption

Drive cross-organizational alignment and manage program-level dependencies, risks, and interlocks

Required Qualifications

12 years of experience leading large-scale technical and business transformation programs

End-to-end program management experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations

Solid technical and consulting background to evaluate risks and architectural complexity

Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders

Experience leading programs across infrastructure, security, cloud, and enterprise systems
