Sr Programmer Analyst

Culmen International is seeking a Sr Programmer Analyst to lead programming strategy, system architecture, and technical support for major software components of the pSMILE program, mentors other analysts.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

Oversee complex system development and integration.

Ensure system security, scalability, and performance.

Provide leadership and mentorship for technical staff.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Extensive programming and systems analysis experience.

Ability to lead complex software projects and cross-functional collaboration.
