Senior Producer

We're looking for a self-starting Senior Producer to manage the execution of our team's wide range of content and campaign needs.

Who you are:

• You have 7-9 years of integrated production experience and can efficiently facilitate project flows across all types of content and activations- from photography, illustration, and video to digital, OOH and experiential. You also know how to make budgets of all kinds work- and still get amazing creative output.
• You're a partner to creatives – and you lend your creative taste to support their craft. You have the communication skills to manage internal teams and are a problem solver with a team player attitude.
• You are experienced with client management and are excited to be a critical client-facing partner, building strong relationships in the process.
• You have strong agency producer experience including managing bids, engaging, and partnering with creative vendors across all types of pre-production and post-projects.
• You are thorough and precise when it comes to managing the post production and delivery of a project and carefully shepherd a project to a successful conclusion.
• You have a robust digital rolodex of a wide range of talent - photographers, directors, key crew talent, animators, editors, composers etc, you know the best talent in the industry and who to tap for the right projects.
• You have sharp attention to detail and the project management skills to create best-in-class content for our clients. You know how to write a scope, plan a project, draft a contract, and partner with business affairs and finance to ensure every project is smooth, organized, and in progress.
• You're extremely proactive with a tremendous amount of initiative. You love a production challenge and dive head first into developing solutions that have never been done before.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure, anticipating needs and adapting to various work situations.
• You have a keen interest in AI and how it might be deployed in production. You are on the look out for the new class of content creators who are adept at using AI to achieve innovative creative output.
