📍 Prescott, AZ | 💰 $300–$330 / hr | 🗓 Mon–Fri + Call Shifts

Job Details :

Location : 1001 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Arizona 86301

Schedule : Monday to Friday + Call Coverage

Setting : Clinic and Surgery

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) : 1.0

Duties : General orthopedic cases in both clinic and surgical settings

Patient Volume : ~15 clinic patients / day, 6–10 surgical cases / day

EMR : Cerner

Support Staff : MA, RN, and front office support

Reason for Coverage : Gap in provider coverage

Requirements :

Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery

Active AZ medical license or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

Completed Residency (Fellowship if applicable)

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, and DEA

Availability for full schedule and call

Clean malpractice history preferred
