Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and compliance requirements while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project resources and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee change orders and assess impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site management and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Utilize project management software (P6, Procore) for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with public works departments and municipal authorities.
