[job_card.job_description]Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients at community events and partnered retailer promotions, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales and service-related inquiries and needs Gaining in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of telecommunications products and services, effectively presenting and explaining their features and benefits to potential customer during sales consultations Assisting the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize client accounts by recommending additional services or upgrades that align with their evolving communication needs and business objectives Addressing and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account details within the CRM system, generating regular reports on progress and performance Collaborating effectively with fellow Entry Level Telecom Sales Advisors and other internal departments, including technical support, billing, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and sales initiatives Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges A genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the telecommunications industry
