As a Barista / Bartender at il Bar Green Bay, you’ll be at the center of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Whether it’s a perfectly brewed morning coffee or a handcrafted cocktail, your expertise and passion will shine through in every drink you serve. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a love for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, from expertly brewed coffee to creative cocktails.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and coffee station.
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Following all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
