Position Description
SUMMARY:
This position is a full time Exempt (salary) position, supporting the MTC JBLM Leadership Training and Development Team (LT&D). The Senior Military Analyst provides Instruction on Army Leadership doctrine and best practices from real world experience and study of current leadership theory and application.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position: Office environment, occasionally outdoors. Occasional exposure to natural conditions existing at different locations around the US.
Work Week: Monday-Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)
Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)
Overtime: As Required
Travel: As Required
