About the role

We’re looking for a high-potential, exceptionally reliable generalist who wants to build a once in a generation company. You will drive special projects and launch new initiatives that enable Fractional AI to successfully scale.

We are in hypergrowth and no day looks the same. This means one week you might be researching potential acquisitions and the next week you might be managing a new partnership with a foundational model company.

This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and day-to-day problem-solving, with no pre-written playbook.

What you bring to the table :

3-6 years of experience in consulting, banking, or at an early stage startup.

Problem solving. You pair first principles with analytical rigor to successfully solve problems.

Proactivity. You identify and drive forward opportunities without being asked.

Curiosity. You seek to understand, learn quickly, and are comfortable self teaching.
