Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) on at least 5 industry-focused drug trials in medical oncology.
• Demonstrated history of publishing in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on oncology research.
• Experience in securing and managing industry-funded research projects.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP).
• Experience in mentoring junior researchers and medical staff.
• Experience in designing and implementing strategies for patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials.
• History of successful collaboration with other researchers, institutions, and industry partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Strong background in designing, implementing, and overseeing clinical trials.
• Demonstrated success in writing and securing grants from industry and government sources.
• Strong skills in data analysis, biostatistics, and interpretation of research results.
• History of presenting research findings at conferences and meetings.
• Ability to adapt to new research methodologies and technologies.
• Innovative thinking to develop new research questions and approaches.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
