Job Description:

At Gasket Guy of South Florida, we're looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Gasket Specialist. You'll be the hero for our clients, providing expert advice and solutions for all their gasket, hardware, and cutting board needs.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be the go-to expert, confidently guiding clients to the perfect gasket, hardware, or cutting board solution.
• Leverage Gasket Guy's proven sales and marketing tools to identify and develop new client relationships.
• Become an extension of our brand, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
• You'll also handle installations for some clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Become a Gasket Guru: Master our inventory of gaskets and hardware, confidently recommending the perfect solution for each client's needs.
• Expand Our Reach: Utilize Gasket Guy's proven sales and marketing tools to identify and develop new client relationships.
• Deliver Stellar Service: Be a customer service champion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the buying journey, from initial contact to installation (for some clients).
• Gasket Hero in Action: For some clients, you'll put your knowledge to work by performing on-site installations, ensuring everything fits and functions perfectly.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
