Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warranty Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in managing warranty claims, analyzing product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Warranty Analyst will play a key role in maintaining product quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Temp 6 months, Located Fountain Valley, CA Offering $25-38 / hr.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
• Process PDC / Port claims from database
• Produce weekly reports for QA engineering group & Exec mgmt.
• Produce monthly approvals for Finance, Exec mgmt & QA / Warranty group
• Correspond with suppliers for dealer and PDC / Port claim resolution
• Collaborate with Development / QA engineers for part recovery
• Provide lessons learned for Development / QA engineers during program kick-off
