Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing pricing data and providing input for pricing strategies and decision-making to align with market requirements and optimize company profitability.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Create sales and pricing reports for product lines and analyze the data to develop specific required actions to ensure product pricing accuracy and alignment with profitability objectives
2. Prepares work instructions and process documents related to the pricing systems and guidelines
3. Gather and analyze web-based competitor pricing information and develop a system to maintain a competitive market position for Famous
4. Manage pricing matrices and work with Sales on customer opportunities
5. Reviews new items created in Eclipse to ensure proper coding
6. Involved with managing/administration of vendor rebate programs and claim backs
7. Assist with vendor cost uploads
8. Plans, organizes, and controls activities related to the pricing function
9. Ad hoc reporting requests as needed
