Compensation :

$125,500 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and develop effective sales strategies.
• Utilize company-provided technology to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline transactions.
• Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each listing.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and successful outcome for all parties involved.
