Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary
Directs the maintenance and improvement operations of all properties, facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance plans and related budgets.
Bachelor's degree in facility management or equivalent. Three or more years' experience in progressive facility management or closely related field; working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related areas; skills in staff supervision and budget management. Ability to communicate well with others, including staff members.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to develop budget for each program supervised.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
Pool operations certification (CPO/AFP), boiler, CPR and First Aid certifications required. All staff is required to complete: Child Abuse Prevention for Supervisory Staff; Working with Program Volunteers; Blood borne Pathogens; Child Abuse Prevention and Reporting Awareness. Ability and license to drive required. CDL is a plus but not required.
